I've never been blown away on the first visit to any business. But this place was amazing - and it's a garage ! Very client oriented - listened and noted my problem, assessed the total car and supplied a report with photo's. With me, they reviewed a service plan based on safety & priorities - and they drove me home ! I almost look forward to going back !! First impression - highly recommended.

I had my 4 wheel break service done here. Best price overall. I called few other places and they gave me the best price. Even though it took whole day for them to finish it I’m impress with the service . I had cranking noise from my breaks and now my car drive so smooth without any noise. They also did complimentary detailing as well and now my car feels like new. Definitely I will go back here. Great customer service as well -Adithya-

Thank you so much for accommodating us. We very rarely - in fact almost never - do we ever get a loaner, so it was so helpful. We had our snow tires removed but we were also advised that some work we thought we needed to do wasn't necessary - so they saved us spending unnecessary dollars. I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience with Vaughan Motors was. My ride was ratchet. 2007 Camry. They restored her to hum along for another day. It is rare that a company offers such wonderful customer service. A shuttle ride to & from if you need. My car is always cleaned when I go to pick it up. Prices and work estimates were clear and fair especially with the warranty. For me, the pride & quality that Vaughan Motors takes in their business shows. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience here. They were able to fit me in quickly when I called about power steering issues and most places were booked out for weeks during tire change season, which I really appreciated. Josh was super helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and stress free. I also really appreciated how transparent they were about costs before starting any work. Thank you to the whole team, I’ll definitely be coming back for regular service.

Well, I had a rough Sunday on the road! While entering St.Thomas to pick up Grandma we stopped at a red light and the engine just cut out. Tried starting it a few times. It would fire up, but would not remain running. I discovered that I could keep it running if I used the gas peddle. So I managed to limp it into a parking lot. Me and the family were marooned so I called a number Vaughan had supplied for road side assistance. Adept Towing came out and rescued us. They towed it back to London to Vaughan Auto Service. Unfortunately that evening I went to check on the SUV and the Hazard lights had been left on. I switched them off but it was going to need a new battery. First thing the next day I phoned and talked to Jamie and it was definitely in need of a new battery. They would do a drive-ability inspection and on top of that I agreed to a comprehensive inspection because the SUV is a 2008 and any number of other things could go wrong. Turned out to be a EGR valve and it had to be replaced. On top of that, they serviced the brakes as well as serviced and replaced the fluid in the differential. All this work was done after a thorough check list was scrutinized and we went over what I needed to get done and what I wanted them to do and finally what was not essential but should be done in the near future. After my consent, Jamie said they would start ordering the appropriate parts and have the mechanic start on the inspections. There was always clear communication with Vaughan and I never felt pressured to have something done that didn't need to be done at this time. On top of that, the price that was quoted was reasonable and it actually ended up costing much less. The SUV drives and feels better than ever. Thank you Jamie and the masterful mechanics at Vaughan Auto Service. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Vaughan. Excellent service and just a great group of people. Go see for yourself !! Okay that happened but you know what else happened, Vaughan replaced my heater core in 2022 . Everything seemed okay. In 2024 my thermostat went and I limped into Vaughan to get it replaced. Well they wanted to replace the thermostat and several other things that I didn't want to be done, one of them being the heater core, again! I talked to them on the phone and asked them just to do the thermostat.The other issues weren't as important to me. They refused to do the thermostat. I told them I will come and get my vehicle. That was it for Vaughan Auto. I limped it over to another garage and they gladly replaced the thermostat. Now the SUV is at there shop to replace the heater core again, after failing a second time after Vaughan did the repair 4 years earlier. My problem with them is that they would not do the thermostat unless I had a bunch of other repairs done. I'm NO longer a client.

Vaughan Auto seems to be a hard-working and thorough independent garage. Customer service and loyalty are a big deal for businesses, and (in a good way not an aggressive way lol) you can tell that encouraging repeat customers is a big part of this neighbourhood business's business model. The perils of Pontiac valve stems …. Who knew that those little stubby but important tire components could cause all that ruckus. In November of 2025 I purchased a set of four Toyo Observe GSI-6 snow tires from Vaughan. They are magnificent: quiet, excellent road handling and exhibit excellent road traction. But I knew it was too good to be true. Those pesky valve stems reared their ugly little “heads”. In December, one began to leak, loosing about 1-2 pounds of air pressure a day. Vaughan replaced it gratis. Then in March of 2026, another valve stem followed the course of its cousin, also leaking air slowly but surely. At that point we knew that this was a trend rather than a fluke. I can honestly say that over many years of driving, I had never replaced a valve stem let alone two! Vaughan investigated further, recognizing that the other valve stems would, over time, likely also fail. Turns out that there was a conspirator to the valve stem failures: the OE steel rims, although extensively refinished (wire brushed, sanded, primed and repainted) were getting on in age (my Pontiac is from 2008) and the perforation for the valve stems offered a perfect spot for rust. It was likely that the irregular texture and flakiness of the rusty surfaces prevented a good seal for the valve stems. Maybe those poor little valve stems were innocent after all… Vaughan’s solution to all this drama was thorough, helpful, kind and considerate: as they were investigating the valve stems, they swapped my new snow tires for my summer ones and having concluded that the steel rims were partly to blame, paid for two new ones while I paid for the other two and replaced all four valve stems. Voila! A perfect solution. And the end of lots of drama caused by steel rims AND valve stems. Thanks to BJ and Josh at Vaughan for their attention to detail, kindness and tenacity at solving the pesky problem. This kind of care is an important component of good customer service which Vaughan excels at. Thank you sincerely.

Very impressive. They sent me a comprehensive report with pictures. They explained what was needed clearly. The service desk has a very kind woman who clearly answers any questions. They contact you by phone, text msg ,and email. They offer a shuttle service. I think it is amazing. Just had my air conditioning restored and summer tires installed.

Called them up on a late Monday afternoon with a number of issues that came up on my dash. They booked me in at 730 the next AM. Provided a "loner" car for me. Diagnostic check was done Tues and gave me the detailed work that had to be done to correct the issues I had reported, right down to the cost for parts/labour. I was kept up to date on the issues all through the process right from the parts being ordered and when they would be at their garage.. Car finished on Thursday AM. Very pleased with the staff as usual. Definitely my go to place for vehicle servicing. My 3rd visit and always looked after promptly.
