Brought our CRV in for winter tire swap after our vehicle had been sitting at the Honda dealership for 2 months waiting for a computer replacement. Also needed a new battery and the brakes serviced which they were able to fix the same day without another appointment, especially so close to Christmas. Great service from the entire staff, including rides home and back from Corey and the complementary shuttle. Happy holidays. Cathy and Brent

I've been going to Vaughan auto service for a few years and I always get excellent service. Parts being serviced usually come with a warranty which may help reduce costs in future repairs, and a point system exist that accounts for additional savings. I would recommend checking them out.

Called them up on a late Monday afternoon with a number of issues that came up on my dash. They booked me in at 730 the next AM. Provided a "loner" car for me. Diagnostic check was done Tues and gave me the detailed work that had to be done to correct the issues I had reported, right down to the cost for parts/labour. I was kept up to date on the issues all through the process right from the parts being ordered and when they would be at their garage.. Car finished on Thursday AM. Very pleased with the staff as usual. Definitely my go to place for vehicle servicing. My 3rd visit and always looked after promptly.

I'm not a car expert, but I was impressed with the staff and the information provided following my oil change re. manufacturer recommended maintenance that was needed. Booking the appointment was easy, they immediately offered a loaner vehicle, had the work done when they said they would, and charged me what they said. I will definitely use them again and recommend Vaughan Auto Service to others.

Had my car towed from out of town with flashing engine light. Vaughan made time to check out the car, explained everything so I could understand the issues, as well as clean my car! Then was honest and suggest I contact the dealership, as there are some recalls. As well gave a print out to take with me of the codes they got. Thanks to everyone, especially Josh who went above and beyond.

Vaughn Auto Service has taken care of my car for the last few years. They were always available when my car broke down or had a flat tire, one time even picking up and dropping off my car at my house free of charge knowing that I had a small baby at home. Their prices were always reasonable compared to competitors and they were always very professional, detailed and kind. I will continue to be a loyal customer due to their great service.

Awesome spot - always do a thorough job and are honest, very little upselling. The Vehicle Inspection Report delivered electronically helps the customer understand the suggested maintenance items and make a decision for themselves. Kind people, comfortable lobby, and great service. They even clean out your car after the service, the small things go a long way.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received from Vaughan Auto Service! Josh was very nice and explained to me what needed to be fixed and gave me the estimate. I also got a prompt appointment! They also did a curtesy checkup on my car. They dropped me off and picked me up from my apartment which I appreciated. It is good to know that such a friendly auto service place still exists and also in my neighborhood! They have definitely earned my loyalty!

If you are looking for a new shop, Vaughan Auto is the place to go! I trust this garage with my car and they always do exceptional work. I’ve never had any issues scheduling regular maintenance OR emergency maintenance. They are always up front and honest about the work sending detailed reports (by text and/or email), they are fast and efficient, they offer courtesy shuttle or loaner vehicles, and they will leave your car clean inside and out after service. Jamie-Lyn is passionate and caring in her advisor role and will go above and beyond with her superior customer service. The rewards program is an added bonus and includes 24hr roadside assistance.
