This was by far the best experience Ive ever had getting my car repaired. The entire process was amazing - starting with the convenience of being able to book an appointment online after hours, then being given a loner car at no extra charge, the virtual report of what was wrong with my car, including pictures and videos, and the incredible customer service. And then when I picked up my car they had not only washed the outside, but they had detailed the inside of my car as well (which I will say, was not in the best shape when I dropped it off!). They’ve really cracked the code for the best car repair experience!
Professional service.

and am beyond impressed with the customer service and professionalism. They are extremely thorough and very HONEST. They also do not use cheap parts and treat your vehicle with the highest level of care. Other than the fancy showrooms, etc, they are hands down better than the dealer. Dealing with them is night & day compared to some other shops.
I highly recommend anyone with Euro cars to take it into Vaughan Auto Service for any and all repairs! Also, shoutout to Josh at the front desk. Amazing communication and updates the whole way!
