They called me back and said they discovered the problem and that it might be covered under my cars extended warranty - turns it they were right! This was by far the best experience Ive ever had getting my car repaired. The entire process was amazing - starting with the convenience of being able to book an appointment online after hours, then being given a loner car at no extra charge, the virtual report of what was wrong with my car, including pictures and videos, and the incredible customer service. And then when I picked up my car they had not only washed the outside, but they had detailed the inside of my car as well (which I will say, was not in the best shape when I dropped it off!). They’ve really cracked the code for the best car repair experience!
