I have had my car(s) serviced at Vaughan Auto Service for years. I'm always appreciative of my needs being met when it comes to having a loaner and getting my car ready as quickly as possible. Patrick goes above and beyond for me if ever I come across some issue that isn't regular maintenance. All the staff is great at their job. BJ, Jamie and Josh are the faces you see when you go in, and Jamie gets you in and out as quickly and as economically as possible. They are my neighbourhood shop, with much better pricing over any dealership that I've worked with. I recommend them to everyone !!!

I have used Vaughan Auto Service on 2 occasions in the past 4-5 months. Starting with Jamie in Customer Service, to the quality of work, the experience has always been excellent. The first occasion they were able to squeeze me within a day when my own dealership was booking 2 weeks out. The next occasion they were able to beat the price from my dealership to replace tires by a few hundred dollars. I would highly recommend them!

I was really reluctant to go to an auto place in London. I'm from a small town where I know everyone one, and that they'll take care of me, but Vaughan service is just the same as a small town. They treat you right and are really efficient. I really like that they have a free shuttle service if you need to leave while they're fixing your car, or rental if need be. I also really appreciate the fact that they show you what they find before they make any repairs, just to keep you informed. I went enforceable oil change but I'm definitely going to be a life loan customer

BJ and the team were wonderful, they took me in on the Friday before Canada day as soon as they could. I really appreciate the prompt and convenient service. They were thorough to check for any issues of my car and suggested other services that may need to be done with the detailed report they gave back. They weren’t pushy with unnecessary services, great communication over the phone, and answered the questions I had well. They also provide fair prices too. I took my car in for an oil change and the normal inspections. I was having an issue with the car revving high and sputtering first drive of the day. They kept my car overnight so that they could see what it did. So they were very good at diagnosing the problem and fixing it.

Brought our CRV in for winter tire swap after our vehicle had been sitting at the Honda dealership for 2 months waiting for a computer replacement. Also needed a new battery and the brakes serviced which they were able to fix the same day without another appointment, especially so close to Christmas.
