Owner/Technician
Patrick is a hands on owner. Most of the time, you will find Patrick in the back working on vehicles and ensuring that everything is running smoothly in the bay area of the shop. In Patrick’s spare time he enjoys being outside with his family, working on his 1977 Monte Carlo and being “Grandpa Pat” to his two grandchildren.
Owner / Technician
BJ joined his father-in-law Patrick at Vaughan Auto Service as a part owner in May 2010.BJ is a red seal certified Automotive Service Technician, as well as an ASE Certified Master technician. Most days now you will find him working in the background of the business. BJ is happily married with two young children who are a year apart. When BJ is not busy here at the shop, you will find him busy with his family.
Service Advisor
Jamie started with Vaughan Auto Service in 2011 doing appointment and follow-up calls. Her great customer service and relationship skills have moved her to a service advisor role. Jamie has attended many training courses to further her automotive knowledge and is always willing to learn. When she is not working, Jamie enjoys outdoor activities and watching her son play sports. When she isn’t around the baseball diamond you can find her volunteering at the Byron Legion.
Service Advisor
Josh was born and raised in London Ontario, where he attended Saunders Secondary School and Fanshawe College. Josh started in the automotive industry in 2016 and has experience as a Detailer, Shop Helper, Parts Advisor, and Service Advisor. In his spare time, he is an avid billiards player, and likes to spend time with his family, girlfriend, and dog. Josh loves to play Fantasy Football and watch sports.
Technician
Brian was born and raised in London, Ontario where he graduated from Saunders secondary school. Brian entered the trade in 2002 and came to Vaughan Auto Service in the fall of 2016 as an apprentice. Now a licensed tech, he spends his time away from the shop with his wife and their three children. He is also a big fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Technician
Dave was born and raised in London, Ontario where he attended John Paul II Secondary School. Dave has had an interest in fixing cars since he took his first automotive class in Grade 10 and found that to be his passion. Dave started a Co-Op in 2002 Part-Time with Forest City Tirecraft and started working Full-Time in 2003. Dave joined the Vaughan Auto Service team in 2022 when Vaughan took over Forest City Tirecraft
Apprentice
Matthew was born and raised in London Ontario where he attended Mother Teresa Secondary School. He started his apprenticeship at Fanshawe College and joined the Vaughan Auto Service team late in 2023. Matthew has always had interest in fixing cars since he was a little kid. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with family, and work on his project cars.
General Service
Lou started with Vaughan Auto Service in mid 2012. He retired from his old job to find that staying home was not for him. Lou likes to be on the go; he is the one that is responsible for making sure that you get to and from your destination on time in our shuttle van. Lou and his wife live in London and have two children and our proud grandparents of six. When Lou has down time he loves to spend it at the family trailer.
General Service
Cory came to Vaughan Auto Service in March of 2022 to help-out Lou with shuttles and cleaning of cars. Cory loves to chat, so that makes him the perfect shuttle driver. Cory and his wife have 3 sons and recently welcomed their first grandchild. In Cory’s downtime he enjoys cruising in his Mustang or just relaxing at home.
Always excellent service, upfront and honest. My car always comes back looking better than ever (19 years old!)

I cannot speak highly enough of this auto service! My brother is a mechanic and he even approves. I got stranded and they got me in asap. Very timely, honest service that was reasonably priced. Come here if you want to feel taken care of! Owner of a Honda accord and took my car in for an oil change and they went above and beyond. They provided prioritized recommendations for car services, are friendly and fast! They also do not push any unnecessary purchases unlike Mr.Lube. Vaughan Auto Service is run by awesome folks!

I was having issue with tire pressure . I took my car to Vaughan Service without an appointment, and left it with them . An hour later i got a call telling me what was wrong, and that the Electrical part was in stock .Another hour later i was picking up my car all done . This business is an asset to the area , , Thier straight forward and Direct advice and service much appreciated . .

Great value and even better experience. I was looking for integrity and professionalism. I found that plus an authentic appreciation for my business and trust. What a great feeling. Our car hasn’t felt and looked this good since we bought it new. Thx Josh, Dave and your entire team. I left my paperwork, for services performed, at the shop. I called and asked if I could pick it up tomorrow for my records. Josh stated he would drop the paperwork off to my address on his way home. By the time I was home my paperwork was in my mailbox. My father told me the difference between good and great is just a little bit more…..all the time. Vaughan Auto Services is exactly that. Moving forward we’ll build friendships. Cheers all.

The best service in London, I cant stress how much the sweet lady at the front made my day. Did a quick fix for my car’s underbody panel in just 30 minutes. No hanging panels anymore..!! Fantastic service. Took my 2010 Honda Accord here for brake and fluid service. You can really feel the difference with a family-owned shop because you get real value for what you spend. I especially appreciate the complimentary inspection and the honest advice from the staff (Jamie). They take the time to look at your vehicle carefully while keeping costs in mind. It’s rare to find a shop that doesn’t try to upsell everything. Highly recommend!

I have been a three-year customer with Vanghan Auto since 2022. I was very happy with the service done on my 2013 RAV 4 with my first visit/appointment. Vanghan Auto provides professional and Knowledgeable service with fair price. They looked after my 2013 RAV 4 well. The technician, Jamie-Lyn never disappointed me, and the front desk staff, Josh and Wendy are always nice and friendly. Now I got a new 2025 RAV 4, I will keep letting Vanghan Auto take card of my car for sure due to the best service they have in town! I'm looking forward to being a loyal customer with Vanghan Auto for more years to come! I would say I found my car home!! Highly recommended!!

I've been looking for a new repair shop and stumble on Vaughan. I was really just wanting a season tire change but ended up getting other repairs done as well. From the time I placed my first call to set an appointment to the time I left with tires changed, inspection completed, other repairs done and being signed up for their road side assistance program... well I could not have been happier. Accommodating (provided a car for my errands as well), courteous, knowledgeable, great report complete with pictures, and a fair price for value recieved.. it was like I stepped into a dream. I will definitely be booking my next maintenance needed in the coming months with Vaughan. So happy!

Great service, completed in a very timely manner and suggested my wipers needed replacing, I had noticed my old ones streaked but never came to mind when getting my winter tires on. Bonus, I now have brand new wipers, appreciate the head's up!
