A testament to an excellent customer service culture in a company is not the service you get the first time, its the service you get after over 15 years of loyalty. Excellent response time to address the issue, excellent turnaround and support during the process, and excellent outcome cost due to their tenacity getting most of the repairs covered under a program I didn't realize existed. They prove their value to me as my mechanic every time i need service, and this one stepped it up even more.

I have used Vaughan Auto Service on 2 occasions in the past 4-5 months. Starting with Jamie in Customer Service, to the quality of work, the experience has always been excellent. The first occasion they were able to squeeze me within a day when my own dealership was booking 2 weeks out. The next occasion they were able to beat the price from my dealership to replace tires by a few hundred dollars. I would highly recommend them!

I recently moved to London and I was looking for genuine auto service shop. I am happy I went with Vaughan Auto Service and I had a very good experience. I would go again to them for my regular maintenance checkups. Pros: 1) Genuine Auto Service shop which provides quality service. 2) They accommodate you with early appointments if its emergency for customers. 3) Shuttle service to drop the customer and pick them again to service shop. (Heard that they also provide spare car when your car is in service, although I didn't use this option) 4) Comprehensive check on car to list on all possible and necessary repairs which customer may have to do in future. (I know other service centers also provide, but I like the way how they present it to customers with pictures) 5) They provide photos and even videos specific to repairs needed for car. So customers get full picture of what issue they have in the car. Cons: 1) Price for their service is mid range. Little expensive when compared to few other auto service shop but also not as pricey as big service shops.

I had been having an ongoing issue with a slow leaking tire and showed up at the garage without an appointment but was able to leave my car for the day and they fit me in and got the job done. They did a great job for a great price and I was really impressed and would recommended them.
